Masculine and feminine facial traits, what they signal, and why balance beats extremes.

What dimorphism is
Sexual dimorphism is the set of facial differences that develop under sex hormones: brow ridge, jaw width, cheek fullness, lip volume, eye size relative to the face.
What the research says
Feminine traits in women are consistently rated attractive. For men the picture is mixed: moderate masculinity is preferred, extremes are not, and context (short-term versus long-term partner judgements) changes the preference.
How we use it
Your report places you on a feminine to masculine axis within your own group and recommends changes that move toward balance, not toward an extreme. Most of those changes are hair, brows, body composition and posture.
