Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or purchasing a Faciem membership you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Faciem provides a personal facial analysis, your own photo annotated with measurements and priority zones, and a non-surgical recommendation plan ("report"), delivered through the customer portal within 7 days of receiving your complete intake and six photos. Reports are drafted with software and reviewed by a Faciem team member before release.

Not medical advice

Faciem does not provide licensed clinical or medical services. Nothing in a report is a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Any recommendation involving clinical services, procedures or medication must be discussed with a licensed provider. We never recommend surgery.

Account registration

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Membership, payment and renewal

A membership costs €150 per year including VAT and renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Founding offer. While places are open, the first 100 members pay €99 for their first year. From the first renewal, the membership costs €150 per year, unless you cancel before the renewal date. The website shows how many founding places are left.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days after purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. In addition, if your first report does not show you at least three things you did not know, tell us within 30 days of its release and we refund the full membership fee. Refund requests: hello@faciem.app.

Your content

You keep all rights to your photos. You grant us a licence to process them solely to produce and store your report. You confirm that the photos show you and that you are entitled to upload them.

Intellectual property

Reports, texts, designs and software are the property of Faciem or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Faciem is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence or where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are brought before the courts of Antwerp, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
