Why the order of a protocol matters more than its length
Fixing skin before brows, and brows before hair, changes how each later step is perceived.
The observation
Two members with nearly identical recommendations can end up with very different results depending on the order in which they follow them. The steps interact.
Why order matters
Skin sets the baseline for perceived health, and every other feature is read against it. Brows frame the eyes, so a brow change is only visible once the under-eye area is calm. Hair changes the apparent proportions of the face, so it should come after the features it frames are settled.
The default Faciem order
- Skin and sleep
- Brows and eye area
- Hair and facial hair
- Posture and expression habits
- Maintenance
Your protocol may deviate from this order, and when it does, the report says why.
